1 hour Kripalu yoga practice with Hoshiko on Saturday mornings from 10am – 11:15am! Join us for a relaxing gentle yoga including pranayama (breath), asana (poses) and guided relaxation (shivasana). We have a limited number of mats right now. Please bring your own mat if possible. Yoga is offered in a series of 3 classes at a reduced fee.
